RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each item is made to order. We generally do not accept changes of mind or size exchanges. For damage, defects or printing errors, contact CARTEL TOKYO with photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery. Please report problems as soon as you notice them. This does not limit your statutory rights.受注生産のため、サイズの選び間違いやイメージ違いなど、お客様都合の返品・交換は原則お受けしていません。破損・不良・印刷ミスは、到着後30日以内に注文番号と写真を添えてCARTEL TOKYOへご連絡ください。問題に気づいた時点で、早めにお知らせください。法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。

HOW IT WORKS

1. Send your order number, a photo of the whole item and close-ups of the issue through CONTACT.CONTACTから注文番号、商品の全体写真、不具合が分かる写真をお送りください。
2. We check the issue with our production partner and tell you whether a return is required. Do not send anything back before receiving our instructions.製造元と確認し、返送が必要かどうかをご案内します。案内が届くまでは返送しないでください。
3. If a return is needed, use the address and method we provide. We cover the required return and replacement shipping for confirmed defects, damage or printing errors.返送が必要な場合は、指定の住所・方法をご案内します。不良・破損・印刷ミスと確認できた場合、必要な返送料と交換品の再送料は当店が負担します。
4. We arrange a replacement. If this is unavailable, we will discuss a refund with you. Any refund to you is handled by CARTEL TOKYO, not the factory.交換品を手配します。交換が難しい場合は返金についてご相談します。お客様への返金は、製造元ではなくCARTEL TOKYOが対応します。

TIMING

The production partner aims to review requests within 7 business days. If a replacement is produced and shipped internationally, allow an estimated 8–22 business days from the start of production: 3–7 for production plus 5–15 for delivery. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed replacement deadline. It excludes review, any required return transit and delays from holidays or customs. We will confirm the schedule for your case.製造元の審査は7営業日以内が目安です。交換品を再製作して国際配送する場合、製作開始からお届けまでは8〜22営業日程度（製作3〜7営業日＋配送5〜15営業日）を見込んでください。交換完了を保証する日数ではなく、審査・必要な返送の輸送期間・祝日や通関による遅れは含みません。個別の予定は対応時にご案内します。

Refund posting times vary by payment provider and card issuer. We will notify you when we process a refund.返金の明細への反映時期は、決済会社・カード会社によって異なります。当店での返金処理後にご連絡します。
